One has only to look at the television screen or walk down the street to see a large variety of tattoo designs. Some are quite dainty and small in nature, others are large and dominate the entire body. Some people have gone overboard with tattoos covering their entire body from head to foot.

Tattoo parlor operators are now able to obtain a world of designs on the Internet and via mail. These stencils have been designed by an artist and are sent with complete directions as to how to etch them on the human body. A skilled operator can do this, unfortunately, sometimes one will find one who has the picture but does not know how to etch it properly to obtain the desired result.
The designs cover any subject desired from skull and cross bones to a beautiful woman, flower or creature. One can even create his or her own design, if desired, and bring it to the person doing the tattoo to apply. Many times it will be a name or saying and the person wishing the tattoo will be shown other pictures where that particular item can be beautifully combined.
